Support for DeFi apps
Templ gives your DeFi app a support widget and your team a private inbox. When a deposit, withdrawal or swap goes wrong, users ask for help from inside your app. They can add a transaction hash to the request. Your team reads the request, assigns it and replies.
The widget connects to your app's wallet provider. Users can ask without a wallet, and your team can ask them to prove wallet control with Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE). A connected address alone is not proof of ownership. The widget signs in regular EVM wallets. Solana wallets and smart wallets can't sign in to it yet.
Set up your workspace, add the widget or work through the inbox.
One place to handle requests
Each user has a private thread with your team. Staff can assign requests, change their status, add internal notes and reuse saved replies. The user sees the conversation with your team; internal notes stay private.
Your team answers. You can add an AI agent that answers first and passes the rest to your team. Templ charges nothing extra to connect your own. It can also run one for you at a quoted price. Templ does not provide people to answer. Only teammates and AI agents the workspace manager adds can read and answer chats. A display name or a payment gives no access.
Plans and release state
Support pricing covers the three tiers, the trial, what counts as an answered user and operating limits. Feature availability lists the current release state. You can't buy a plan yet. Start with the free trial. Email alerts are off for now, so your team needs to check the inbox for new messages.
Create a workspace to configure your protocol's support. Before directing users to it, check the inbox and wallet sign-in on your own site.
