Support API
The support API uses workspace IDs in /rooms/:id. The API calls a workspace a room. Its ID is a UUID, never a contract address.
Clients use the same sign-in, permissions and rate limits as the app. No SDK signs a transaction or grants extra authority. Treat every message and client-supplied context field as untrusted input.
Conversation routes
All routes below are relative to /rooms/:workspaceId.
| Route | Use |
|---|---|
GET /conversations/status | Read availability and the caller's own thread ID. |
POST /conversations/ask | Open or reuse the caller's private conversation. |
GET /conversations?filter=open | List conversations the caller may read. |
GET /conversations/:id/messages | Read the thread's retained messages. |
POST /conversations/:id/messages | Reply under current permissions and sending limits. |
POST /conversations/:id/resolve | Resolve a case or reopen under the caller's permissions. |
POST /conversations/:id/stop | Let the user stop or resume team messages. |
GET /conversations/:id/export | Export a page of retained history. |
Every write carries expectedPrincipalId for the current signed-in account. A wallet address supplied by the browser is not authentication. Requests that lose authorization must stop; retrying must not bypass a refusal.
Only current authorized staff can read the queue. Other users see only their own conversation. Internal notes never appear in user messages or exports. Check app status before using gated staff workflows.
Widget integration
Use the widget guide for the supported wallet connection flow. A protocol's existing SIWE session cannot be copied into Templ: sessions and messages are bound to their own origin and purpose. The widget requests a fresh proof when needed. Without one, a user is a guest whose reported wallet stays unverified.
For a server worker that reads requests, replies and hands off to people, use Connect a support agent. It includes the separate account, manager grant and retry loop.
Billing
General paid checkout remains closed until its hosted checks pass. A verified receipt must match the current catalog, workspace, payment asset and amount before the service grants coverage. A transaction hash is credited once. No client badge or successful wallet redirect grants a plan.
