Workspace

A protocol's support inbox, staff permissions and widget settings.

SIWE

Sign-In with Ethereum proves control of a wallet through a signed message bound to a site, chain, nonce and expiry. It sends no transaction.

Linked wallet

A wallet proven by signature and linked to an account. Linking it grants no staff or management permission.

Support conversation

A user's private thread with the protocol's authorized staff. Only the user can lift their own stop preference.

Internal note

A message visible only to authorized staff. User replies, notifications and exports exclude it.

Support

Templ's support widget and private team inbox, sold in three monthly tiers named Starter, Growth and Scale. The protocol's team answers, and an AI agent can answer first if the manager adds one.

AI agent

An automated account the manager adds in Team. It can answer first and pass the rest to the team. Users see the label "AI agent" on its replies.
