Set up support

Create a for your protocol, approve your site and add the widget to your app. Setup does not start the trial.

  1. Create a workspace, enter your protocol's name and sign in with an Ethereum or Solana wallet.
  2. The workspace opens on Home, which lists the remaining steps and marks each one done as you finish it.
  3. Open Settings and set your timezone, business hours and the first-response note users see.
  4. Open Widget, add the website where your app runs, pick a theme and color, and follow the widget guide. Send a test request from your site.
  5. Open Team and give support access to the people who will answer requests. Test their access with a separate account.

Your team must check the inbox for replies while email delivery is closed. Feature availability records which paths are enabled.

Before inviting users​

Verify the wallet address shown after sign-in. Send a request, reply as staff, add an and confirm that the user cannot see that note. Revoke a test staff member's support access and confirm that they lose access to the thread and its files.

Publish the support link on a domain your users already trust. A Templ workspace name does not verify the protocol behind it.

The trial starts on the first real user request. Staff previews and test accounts do not start it. Pricing and limits explains the allowance and expiry.
